It’s a new invention on the iron surface, with the honeycomb structrue in the bottom, that makes it better oil dispension enlarge the cooking area, even with a little oil. Tiny oil drop would be locked at the whole bottom, prevent overheating. Hi-low surface, safe for metal spatula. So better long lifetime for nonstick. Now we have the patent for this structure.
